How We Deliver
Testing
Location: 1153 Smith Creek Way, Wake Forest, NC 27587
Private administration of the Woodcock-Johnson IV Tests of Achievement are offered in a private neighborhood community center, with the entire building solely available to you during your testing session. This comfortable home-like environment offers Wifi, a sitting area for parents, a television and toys for siblings to enjoy, and a mini-kitchen!
Coordination + Scheduling: Use the Contact Us form to request scheduling services, and we will be in touch to finalize testing choice(s), date and time of session, and review all necessary information. It's that simple!
Personalized Solutions
Initial Consultation: Our journey begins with a comprehensive assessment of your family needs, goals, and current setup via phone or video call. This consultation can be scheduled once you contact us inquiring about services!
Scheduling: Book services at least one week in advance, subject to availability.
Communication: Efficient service via email, phone, or video conference call.

Payment + Fees
Fee Structure: All services will be billed and should be paid before each session. Package options are available upon request!
Payment Expectations: Invoices are issued via email in advance, and balances should be paid in full before sessions or services are delivered. Receipt of payment confirms services and scheduling. We accept credit cards and Venmo.
Cancellations + Refunds: Notify us at least 24 hours in advance for changes including cancellations and rescheduling requests. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur full-service fees. Refunds for prepaid services will be considered case-by-case.
Confidentiality + Privacy
Data Protection: All personal information and educational records are used solely for providing services and are kept strictly confidential.
Privacy Policy: We adhere to rigorous privacy practices to protect all clients.
Client Responsibilities
Accurate Information: Provide complete and accurate details about your homeschooling situation to help ensure effective, reflective solutions and delivery.
Engagement: Active, open participation in all sessions is key to success.
Dispute Resolution
Complaints: Promptly communicate any concerns for swift resolution.
Mediation: If unresolved, mediation services may be used for fair dispute resolution.
