How We Deliver
Consulting Services
Scheduling: Our first session involves gathering information about you and your situation to identify needs and determine goals and services. Use the Register Here form to request services. All consultative services are mutually agreed upon and scheduled at least one week in advance, subject to availability. You can also email us at info@mightyoaksconsulting.com!
Communication: Efficient service via email, phone, or video conference call.

Testing
Location: Near Wake/Granville Co. line, or in your home for a small additional fee. *Exact address will be sent upon confirmation of scheduled testing.
Private administration of the Woodcock-Johnson V Tests of Achievement can be offered in a private setting or in your own home for an additional fee, provided that confirmation of dependable internet/Wi-Fi and a distraction-free testing area is available.
Coordination + Scheduling: Use the Register Here form to request services, and we will be in touch to finalize testing choice(s), date, and time of session, and review all necessary information. It's that simple!
Payment + Fees
Fee Structure: All services will be billed via email invoice and should be paid prior to each session.
Payment Expectations: Invoices are issued via email in advance, and balances should be paid in full before sessions or services are delivered. Receipt of payment confirms services and scheduling. We accept credit cards, Venmo, cash, and payments via ClassWallet for those looking to pay with ESA+ funds.
Cancellations + Refunds: Notify us at least 24 hours in advance for changes, including cancellations and rescheduling requests. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur full-service fees. Refunds for prepaid services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Confidentiality + Privacy
Data Protection: All personal information and educational records are used solely for providing services and are kept strictly confidential.
Privacy Policy: We adhere to rigorous privacy practices to protect all clients.
Client Responsibilities
Accurate Information: Provide complete and accurate details about your learner's current educational situation and to help ensure effective, reflective solutions and delivery.

Dispute Resolution

Mediation: If unresolved, mediation services may be used for fair dispute resolution.
