Niki Cooper, MAEd
Niki brings over 18 years of diverse educational experience to her role as a Solution and Learning Architect at our educational consulting firm. From her beginnings as a Math Intervention teacher in Wake County, where she won the Diane Kent-Parker First Year Teacher Award, to her leadership as Student Services Director at a local Montessori school, Niki has consistently championed personalized education. She has designed and implemented programs that support struggling learners, enhanced instruction (both virtually and in homes across the state), and aims to foster a love of learning through connection, play, and exploration. As a homeschooling mom herself, Niki is deeply committed to organic learning experiences and empowering families through collaboration, training, and research-driven approaches. Her passion for fostering academic excellence and personal growth transcends geographical boundaries, making her a trusted partner for families navigating their homeschooling journey.
