Personalized Results Consultation
For families who want to understand what the results may mean for their learner(s) and what to do next, this is more than a score review. Your consultation includes individualized interpretation and educational recommendations based on test results, testing observations, and your family's goals.
Includes a 30-minute consultation to discuss results, testing observations, strengths, areas for growth, and practical next steps, followed by a personalized written recap with recommendations, strategies, and relevant resources.

Pricing
We understand that life happens, schedules change, and unexpected circumstances arise. Because testing appointments reserve dedicated time for your learner and short-notice openings can be difficult to refill, the following policy applies to all testing appointments:
Sickness: If you are experiencing symptoms of illness or have been exposed to illness, you are required to reschedule. Everyone should be symptom-free for 24+ hours to keep your scheduled appointment. We also homeschool and need to keep our family healthy — and we promise to uphold the same expectation!
Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule is available per registration when requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Additional rescheduling requests may require a new registration, a new scheduling fee, and payment to reserve another testing appointment.
Cancellations: Appointments canceled at least one week in advance are eligible for a refund of payments made, less scheduling fees. Cancellations within one week of the appointment are non-refundable.
Missed (No-Show) Appointments: Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable and require a new registration and full payment before another appointment can be scheduled.
Cash or Check Payments: Families who elect to pay by cash or check are required to pay the initial scheduling fee to hold their spot and may pay the remaining balance immediately before testing. The same cancellation and rescheduling policies apply regardless of payment method.
We recognize that true emergencies happen and reserve the discretion to make exceptions when circumstances warrant.
